The process:
I. Book your Discovery call.
This is where I will get to know you, your desires, and decide if we are a good fit. We will go over all aspects of the session, including portrait products. Ask all the questions you want. Booking information will be emailed to you.
II. Portrait Session Day.
This is where the magic begins! Your first stop is makeup with our artist. Next up, we will get you dressed for your session as we flow through posing and looks. We have you covered for wardrobe, jewelry & accessories. Refreshments are available.
III. Portrait Ordering Appointment.
After 2 weeks, we will sit down together via Zoom and review your images, narrow them down to your absolute favorites, and help you decide how you would like to enjoy your portraits. Purchases are made at this time, so it's very important all decision makers are present.
III. Deliver memories.
All purchased digital images will be delivered via a secure online gallery. Prints ordered will be mailed or hand delivered based on order type and destination. Wall Art orders of 4 or more pieces are available for home delivery and installation at no extra charge.

The best time is around 28-34 weeks for single babies and a tad bit earlier for moms carrying multiples. With a growing selection of gowns, I am sure we can find you something stunning to wear.

Investment
Your Maternity session begins with a $400 retainer to reserve your time and date.
You'll be able to choose your preferred package, which includes options for the number of images and products you desire. Your retainer fee will be subtracted from the total package cost.
On average, clients invest between $1500 and $4800 for their maternity portrait session.

Do you work with special needs families?
Yes! T. Reichert Studios is currently 1 of 3 Special Kids Photography of America accredited photographers in New York City.
Do you have wardrobe?
Yes! We have a large closet with tons of options for momma and a few matching pieces for our little girls size US 2T/8.
What is the turnaround time?
Your fully retouched gallery will be ready 2-3 weeks after your session. At that time, we will schedule your Reveal & Ordering Appointment. This is where I will help you pick your images and fulfill your package or upgrade.
When is the right time to book my maternity session?
The prime time to schedule your maternity session is at the beginning of the second trimester (13 to 20 weeks) this way we have more than enough time to get your session scheduled (around 28 to 34 weeks) and designed. I want to make your vision come to life and truly WOW you with the portraits we create.
Can my partner/child be in the pictures?
Of course! Please include your partner and child as we are capturing a pivotal point in your entire family's lives.
