Designing Your Heirloom
Now that we have gone over the visual aspects of the outer parts, let's discuss the most important part of your story box--picking your favorite images for inside. Yes, more customization!! During your ordering appointment we will go over your digital proof gallery that will showcase all of the art we created during your portrait session. At minimum we will pick 20 images to go inside this beautiful custom story box. Each Prestige Story Box starts at 20 portraits either matted or mounted. Adding an additional 10 portraits is optional and can be added to your story box order for an additional cost.
Customization of your story box starts immediately after you have placed and fully paid for your story box. The normal turnaround for completion and delivery is 4-6 weeks after the order has been placed.
Personalization
Each story box comes with color options. But inside the box, your images can come matted with either white, ivory or black. When we sit down to make this decision I want you to think about the aesthetic of your home. Keep in mind that all sessions are customized to the colors and tonal schemes of your life. If your home is more along the lines of a coastal beach theme, you may want to go with our White or Ivory mat inside of our more cool and neutral tone boxes. Your artwork should flow with your living space.

New Upgrade Option
How can our Story Boxes get any better? I'm so glad you asked. With the new Window option. These luxurious pieces come in both a White and Black wood finish with crystal clear preview display window. You can add in your favorite image or cycle through the box contents, placing one matted print at a time in the window. This is such a classy upgrade. With it being a new feature, we have feedback from those that upgraded and they love how solid it feels, but the window display just pops even more on their surfaces.

How long does it take to get my story box?
As with our other products, production times vary. However, you can typically expect to receive your story box up to 6 weeks after placing the order. We capture all of the specifications for your story box during your Reveal and Ordering Appointment.
Similar to the post-production process, if you require rush processing, a fee of $350 will be charged. Additional fees for rush shipping may also apply.
Are the prints included?
Of course! Each box comes with 20 of your favorite prints with the Corresponding Digital Images on the Crystal Heart USB included in your Story Box.
What are the payment options?
Payment can be made in full with Cash, Credit or Debit Cards and Payment Plans.

The Prestige Story Box starts at $2100 for the 8x10 size option. We offer one additional size.
