Mermom & Her Merbaby
Every little girls dream is to be a mermaid. As those little girls grow into moms, and have their own little girls, they share this dream. That was a dream come true for this mom and daughter duo. Can you imagine you and your little merbaby dressed up in mermaid tails on the beautiful South Beach Miami Shore? That is what I loved so much about these mini sessions. Bringing this magical moment to a mom and her little ones just brought my heart so much joy. We used tails and monofins from Fin Fun that fit so perfectly. They come in so many beautiful colors and combinations. Seeing these two matching with the beautiful waters and that perfectly blue sky was everything!!
Catering to Your Baby's Needs
I loved that mom was very transparent about her little one being quite scared of the ocean and the waves. She loved playing on the shore and having them on the rocks still gave them the magical mermaid feel. It is normal for out children to be nervous when it comes to aspects of life that they do not understand. Though this was a mermaid session, we didn't want her young 2.5 year old daughter to be in any discomfort. She found more joy in watching the water crash against the rocks and shore. We talked about the fish in the waters as mommy fixed her hair. It was sucha beautiful windy day. We were even fortunate enough to see the departure of the Carnival Cruise from the port.
