Pregnancy can be a little rough, but nothing compares to
holding them for the first time. With all the changing diapers,
feedings, cuddles and milk-drunkness that is about to come
you will look one day and your baby will be crawling. You'll
try to capture everything with your phones, but that fresh
newness needs to be savored in some timeless portraits.
Our full-service boutique studio located in Queens Village, NY
offers access to an extensive prop collection, newborn
wardrobe for boys and girls, assorted accessories and is
fully accredited by the Accredited Professional Newborn
Photographers International (APNPI) in Newborn & Baby
safety. Allow T.R.P. to capture their newness so in some way
they stay that small forever! You will miss it if you don't.
This is our process:
I. Book your Discovery call.
This is where I will get to know you, your desires, and decide if we are a good fit. We will go over all aspects of the session, including portrait products. Ask all the questions you want. Booking information will be emailed to you.
II. Portrait Session Day.
Upon arrival to the studio, baby will begin their portraits being posed in the most adorable positions, props and wardrobe. Next, we move to sibling and/or parent posing with baby. Refreshments and snacks are available.
III. Portrait Ordering Appointment.
After 2 weeks, we will sit down together via Zoom and review your images, narrow them down to your absolute favorites, and help you decide how you would like to enjoy your portraits. Purchases are made at this time, so it's very important all decision makers are present.
III. Deliver memories.
All purchased digital images will be delivered via a secure online gallery. Prints ordered will be mailed or hand delivered based on order type and destination. Wall Art orders of 4 or more pieces are available for home delivery and installation at no extra charge.

You have the option of having your session at home. There is a $150 travel & set up fee and a limit of 25 miles.

How soon should I book my session?
Aim to book in your second trimester of pregnancy. If you are a Baby Collective member, your newborn session is automatically scheduled. We schedule you by your due date as a tentative session.
When will the session take places?
Prime time for posed newborn sessions is anywhere between 7-15 days if there are no delays due to medical reasons. Every artist is different, but this is my recommendation.
This is not to deter parents with older newborns. If your baby no longer falls in the newborn category, still inquire. Older babies can have them done as well, the session and posing will just be a tad bit modified.
Why are the sessions so long?
I believe in providing a baby-led session. I take my time and care for your baby while using my time efficiently. Your baby will need to eat, be changed and comforted into a deep sleep. I take my time posing your baby SAFELY!! I've spent years learning and have photographed over 250 babies to perfect the way I handle them. They are delicate and it takes time.
What is the turnaround time?
Your fully retouched gallery will be ready 2-3 weeks after your session. At that time, we will schedule your Reveal & Ordering Appointment. This is where I will help you order your ideal package or products from your session.
Where is your studio located?
We are in the heart of Jamaica, Queens; accessible by car and nearby public transportation.
Do you provide the props and outfits?
I love hearing the sigh of relief when I tell my parents I have everything you see in the images above. I have the props, wardrobe (newborn, momma, 3m to 18m and girls 2T-7), bonnets, headbands, crowns, floral crowns, backdrops and more. As a full service studio you do not have to worry about that.
I allow parents to provide sentimental items or even family heirlooms to personalize the session that much more. Just let me know!
How do I prep for the session?
You will get a prep guided email before your session.
Do you reschedule if baby has flaky skin/baby acne?
Baby acne and flaking skin are all part of the newborn glory. It is normal, please dont feel bad about it. I professionally retouch each final image. This is part of the experience and I embrace it fully. It will not be permanent so I do remove blemishes and flaky skin in post production.
However, birth marks and Mongolian spots are never removed as they are part of the newborn essence and disappear over time.
