I enjoy seeing the families behind these sweet newborns. Carter's family booked our Bump to Baby plan and we we nearing the end of his plan with his session. Mom and dad came it grinning from ear to ear although still adjusting to their newest member's scheduled {as we all did}. You could see the excitement in their faces. Behind them followed grandma! Grandparents are an absolute blessing and to actually be able to meet them means that much more. My sweet Carter truly rocked his session!! I love the colors mom chose for her son's session. With her color suggestions we were able to get some stellar looks with this handsome little one.
Slowly but surely parent and family shots are becoming a favorite of mine to capture. You actually get to see real emotion before even lifting the camera. Dad handled him like he was made for this role in life. He was ready to hold his little man and mom just melted around them. Just thinking of this makes me emotional and I couldn't ask for a better career.
Thanksgiving Baby
Being born around Thanksgiving gave mom and dad more than just each other to be thankful for. They had life, health, careers, each other and the safe arrival of their beautiful little boy. We just had to do a pumpkin set. We even got him to sleep in his nautical set, a special request for his nursery!
